Please note that, should your property be selected as one of our Melbourne serviced apartments, the rate provided will be a net figure.
We do not charge any of the following:
Please note: We require that all owners of Melbourne apartments on our roster have professional photographs taken; we will arrange this for you. The cost is approximately $100 — we don’t add a margin; this is the external photographer’s charge. We also require a floor plan. If you do not already have one, we can organize one to be drawn up, again for approximately $100. The photographs and floor plan remain yours and can be reused in the future as you see fit.
