What is the minimum length of stay?
Corporate Keys focuses on stays of 28 days or more. 

What is included in my weekly rental?
Your weekly rental covers the complete cost of the apartment including high quality furnishings, linen and house-wares, basic toiletries and a welcome hamper on arrival, all utilities and full use of onsite gym and pool facilities where available. The only additional charges are for housekeeping and any extra services you may request.

What happens if I need additional furnishing items that are not included in the apartment such as a foldaway bed for guests, a cot or a highchair?
Speciality items and any additional furniture can be requested and will be in the apartment on your arrival for a minimal cost.

Can I have my apartment cleaned on a regular basis?
We can provide you with a housecleaning service upon request. We can set this up on a regular basis or alternatively we can offer an ad-hoc service.

How do I get the keys to my apartment?
Many of our guests are travelling from overseas or interstate. To make the transition easier a Corporate Keys Consultant will meet you at your apartment, ensuring a hassle free start to your stay. We can also arrange an airport transfer as an optional extra.
