Corporate Keys furnished apartment rental rates include:

What is included in our corporate apartment?top
Your apartment includes everything necessary for a comfortable stay including high quality furnishings and appliances, linen, towels, fully equipped laundry and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven and stove.

What is the minimum length of stay in your Melbourne apartments?top
Corporate Keys executive apartments have a minimum stay of 28 nights. 
Please note if you would like to book on a night-by-night basis please contact any one of the many Melbourne serviced apartments or executive hotels.

How many people does each corporate apartment sleep?top

  • One bedroom apartment - max of 2 persons
  • One bedroom plus study – max of 3 persons (includes 1 person on rollaway bed)
  • Two bedroom apartment - max of 4 persons
  • Three bedroom apartments - max of 6 persons

Please note that unlike hotels and some serviced apartments in Melbourne, charges are per-apartment, not per person.  Rollaway beds are available at extra cost.

Is car parking available?top
Secure undercover onsite car parking is available at selected apartments in Melbourne. Car parking is included in all first Class apartments.  A weekly charge applies for all other apartments. Minimum booking is 7 nights.
Please note: Car spaces are subject to availability and MUST be BOOKED a minimum of 2 days prior to arrival.

Are unfurnished apartments available through Corporate Keys for lease in Melbourne?top
Corporate Keys Australia only has furnished apartments in Melbourne and surrounding areas including Southbank, Port Melbourne, Carlton, St Kilda Road and North Melbourne.

Are additional items of furniture available for rent?top
Yes, we can provide additional furniture such as portacot & fold-away beds, home office etc.

Can I have my apartment cleaned on a regular basis?top
We can provide you with a housecleaning service upon request. We can set this up on a regular basis or alternatively we can offer an ad-hoc service.
Unlike other serviced apartments in Melbourne, servicing and cleaning is an added option in our executive apartments, giving our clients the ability to save even more on their corporate accommodation bills. Our Melbourne apartments are designed to be fully self contained, with everything included to clean the property.

Do your executive apartments have cable television?top
Foxtel cable television is available in all First Class Apartments and the majority of Business Class Apartments.

Do your apartments have broadband internet?top
Corporate Keys can provide internet in all corporate apartments, using a mobile broadband services.

 

Check In/Out Information

How do I check into my Melbourne apartment?top
A Corporate Keys consultant will meet you on site to show you through your apartment in Melbourne, hand over keys and answer any questions you may have.  We are able to meet guests at their apartment 24 hours a day.

Please note we also provide a chauffeur service from Melbourne airport to your executive apartment in Melbourne for a fee.  You will be met by a Corporate Keys consultant upon arrival at your apartment.

What is the check in/out time?top
Check-in can occur 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Check-out of your Melbourne apartment is typically by 10am on the day of departure, except by prior arrangement.

Is a deposit required?top
A two week security deposit is payable to secure any of our short term executive apartments.  This deposit is refundable at the end of your stay.

When do you require payment?top
Payment of security deposit and the first 28 nights rent is required to secure an apartment in Melbourne.  Full payment must be received prior to checking into any of our furnished apartments.

What forms of payment do you accept?top
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.  Major credit cards are accepted including; Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diners Card. Note that there may be an additional charge for some types of cards.
Cash can only be acccepted when paid in person at our offices, during normal business hours.  Consolidated invoicing for large project teams is available.

Are there any other charges?top
There is an ‘Exit Clean’ charge for all apartments in Melbourne – ask us for details.
There is a cap on the usage of utilities and telephone calls to allow for fair usage – currently $5 per day for utilities and 100 local calls per month are included in your corporate apartment rental.
There are charges for any additional services you may request, such as car parking, housekeeping, extra furniture hire, airport transfer and internet.

Can you arrange a limousine pick up at the airport?top
Yes.  We can arrange for an executive transfer (maximum 4 people) from the airport to your corporate apartment.  The cost is from $99 each way (inc GST).  To request this service please contact us by phone after your booking is confirmed.

Are pets welcome?top
Unfortunately pets are not allowed in any of our furnished apartments in Melbourne.
