The Olsen will also feature the world’s largest glass bottomed swimming pool, which will hang over Chapel Street, plus luxury retail shops, boutique conference rooms, making it a unique hotel and Serviced Apartment complex of its kind. The Olsen is named after Dr John Olsen who is regarded as one of Australia's greatest living painters, best known for his colorful and lively water etchings of the Australian landscapes and his infamous work in central Australia and Lake Eyre.
Following The Olsen, The Blackman, a 207 Room boutique hotel and Serviced Apartment complex located on St Kilda Road, will be the third Boutique Hotel and Serviced Apartment complex to open.
