With a queen size bed, en-suite (some with bath), a modern kitchen, lounge and dining area, work desk, and a 42” flat screen TV with Foxtel cable TV. Each studio apartment has individual heating and airconditioning. Laundry facilities are located on each floor for guest use, WiFi internet is available

Being located within an Art Series 5 Star Boutique Hotel gives you the added advantage of access to the roof top gymnasium and sundeck, concierge services and on site café/restaurants.

Superior Kitchen:
The kitchenette is self-contained and includes 2 stove top elements, microwave/oven, bar fridge, sink, cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils.

Deluxe Kitchen:
The kitchenette is self contained and includes 2 stove top elements, microwave/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, sink, cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils.

What is the difference between the 10% and the 5.5% weekly rental rate? The 10% price is inclusive of 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax). and is payable on the first 27 nights of your stay. The weekly rate then drops as only 5.5% GST is chargeable on the rest of your stay beyond the 28th night.

Please note that all rooms are subject to availability at time of booking. We are able to accept bookings for a check in within the next 6 months. Minimum stay is 28 nights. A refundable security deposit of $1000 is payable when booking an apartment.

The quoted weekly rental rate includes:
A fully furnished studio apartment including home-wares and linen;
Utility connections and ongoing usage charges;
Cable TV (Foxtel)
Weekly service including linen change
Rooftop gymnasium
24 hour guest experience desk to ensure rapid response to service requests that may arise during the stay.
