What is the difference between the 10% and the 5.5% weekly rental rate? The 10% price is inclusive of 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax) and is payable on the first 27 nights of your stay. The weekly rate then drops as only 5.5% GST is chargeable on the rest of your stay beyond the 28th night.
Please note that all rooms are subject to availability at time of booking. We are able to accept bookings for a check in within the next 6 months. Minimum stay is 28 nights. A refundable security deposit of $1000 is payable when booking an apartment.
The quoted weekly rental rate includes:
A fully furnished studio apartment including home-wares and linen;
Utility connections and ongoing usage charges;
